Weights, dimensions and descriptions of goods given by us to you for any purpose are stated in good faith but are approximate only and will not bind McCully & Crane in any way. We reserve the right to withdraw, or amend, the specification of any goods without further notice to you.
Please allow variance on sizes stated especially when orders are placed at different times.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the McCully & Crane Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, tablet or mobile device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor,'s tablet's or mobile device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery or collection.
All sizes and measurements are approximate.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the McCully & Crane Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices
Prices include VAT, but exclude delivery charges and import duties. Customers will pay postal/shipping costs when delivery is required.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for additional import duties.
All prices are correct at time of publishing, but may change due to administrative errors or circumstances beyond our control.
McCully & Crane is not liable for import duties for international shipments outside the United Kingdom.
Placing an order
McCully & Crane may modify the terms and conditions on the McCully & Crane Website without notifying you. You agree to periodically review these terms and conditions to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing the McCully & Crane Website. Your continued use of the McCully & Crane Website after any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features and delivery.
McCully & Crane is not responsible for any implications resulting from incorrect details and aspects of your order. When you place an order on the McCully & Crane Website we shall email you an order confirmation. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the 'PAY’ button.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information and also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not permitted.
Collection & Delivery
Any prices displayed for items online do not include shipping costs.
Domestic Orders:

Shipping to the United Kingdom will be calculated automatically at checkout and includes an insurance premium to the item's full value. After purchase, we will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

McCully & Crane shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the courier cannot gain access to the property. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You can also collect your order free of charge from McCully & Crane, 27 Cinque Ports St, Rye, TN31 7AD, United Kingdom. Simply select 'Pick-up in Rye' at check-out and you will receive a notification once your item is ready for collection.

Please see our opening hours for collection times. For collections outside these hours please contact us. We are happy to hold your items for 1 week after purchase.

International Orders:

We ship our paintings to almost anywhere in the world.
​
Simply select the correct painting size at check-out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
​
Objects, furniture and lighting require a more tailored service. In order to offer you the most accurate rate please request an International Shipping Quote and we'll be in touch soon.
We use a range of delivery companies depending on the item and destination country. All shipping quotes include an insurance premium to the item's full value.

Local customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. McCully & Crane is not responsible for the payment of this duty.
​
The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Risk of loss or damage
McCully & Crane carries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
Returns
Online orders:

Here at McCully & Crane our pieces range from contemporary artworks and one-off pieces to antiques that are presented with signs of age and wear intentionally. We do our best to describe and/or photograph any imperfections in our product pages. However do not hesitate to request more photos or ask for more information before purchasing.

We want you to be perfectly happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase. We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through www.mccullyandcrane.com.

All goods purchased online are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact marcus@mccullyandcrane.com within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.
​
We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. You must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at marcus@mccullyandcrane.com including photographic evidence.
​
To initiate a return please email marcus@mccullyandcrane.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs. For international orders, you will also be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

Any item should be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, if the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.

In person purchases:

If you buy in person from our gallery then you are buying the item as seen and in the unlikely event you need to return it, we can offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase price.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection and be in its original condition to qualify for a credit note.

This credit note will be valid for 6 months from point of return. Any costs incurred by the customer for delivery charges cannot be refunded or form part of the credit note.

Gift Cards
When purchasing an online Gift Card your recipient will receive an email containing their Gift Card code. To redeem a Gift Card simply add the code at check-out.

Gift Cards can be used against online orders on McCully & Crane's website and should not be used in conjunction with any other offer. To redeem multiple Gift Cards against one online purchase please contact us via email or phone.
​
One or multiple Gift Cards can also be used for purchases at our gallery, simply bring your Gift Card code(s) and any form of ID to confirm your details.
​
Gift Cards can only be used by the person(s) named on the certificate.
Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for your purchase but are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and should be used by the date indicated.

Data protection & privacy
McCully & Crane will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation.
We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to T&C
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the McCully & Crane Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the McCully & Crane Website.
