Any prices displayed for items online are for collection only from McCully & Crane, 27 Cinque Ports St, Rye, TN31 7AD, United Kingdom.
Please see our opening hours for collection times. For collections outside these hours please contact us. We are happy to hold items for 1 week after purchase.
If you purchase something and would like it delivered, we outsource our deliveries to 2 trusted local companies and can request quotes based on your postcode.
You can email us on email@example.com or call Marcus on 07932478383. Or you can simply text us on 07932478383 to get a quote. Please include your full name and address, email and item you’re wishing to have delivered.
We also use the DHLitNow service, which includes international delivery. Again please contact us for specific quotes.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom local customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. McCully & Crane is not responsible for payment of this duty.
The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
McCully & Crane shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.

Risk of loss or damage
McCully & Crane carries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid me in full. If you return the products to me for any reason, they will become my property and be at my risk from the time I receive them.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and I hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet my policy requirements.
Here at McCully & Crane our pieces range from contemporary artworks and one-off pieces to antiques that are presented with signs of age and wear intentionally. We do our best to describe and/or photograph any imperfections in our product pages. However do not hesitate to request more photos or ask for more information before purchasing.
We want you to be perfectly happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase. We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through www.mccullyandcrane.com.
All goods purchased online are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.
We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. You must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com including photographic evidence.
To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs. For international orders, you will also be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.
Any item should be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, if the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.
In person purchases:
If you buy in person from our gallery then you are buying the item as seen and in the unlikely event you need to return it, we can offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase price.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection and be in its original condition to qualify for a credit note.
This credit note will be valid for 6 months from point of return. Any costs incurred by the customer for delivery charges cannot be refunded or form part of the credit note.
