Terms & Conditions
Selected pieces can be reserved for up to 1 week to allow time for client viewing and/or approval.
Please note that we are only able to issue an invoice once your client has signed off on the purchase and authorized funds to be made available to settle any invoice within the time specified in our payment terms.
Our payment terms are 10 days from the date of the invoice, and we politely request all invoices to be settled within this time. Overdue invoices may result in pieces going back on display in line with our Artist Contracts.
We offer our trade clients 3 months of free storage for artworks (this excludes furniture) and this period starts from the date your invoice has been paid.
All purchases are non-refundable; however, in the event of something needing to be returned, we will be able to offer a credit note for pieces returned within 14 days of delivery. We're always happy to supply additional photography or information on any piece to help you make selections with confidence. Alternatively, we can arrange private viewing sessions at our gallery or studio in Rye. Please inquire for appointments.
